landscaping for the 5-acre infill parcel, at 900 E. Central, being developed by
Elliott Homebuilders, of Morton Grove. The site is adjoining existing

The designs will be
similar to the 51 custom homes at Delaine Farm, in Morton Grove. "The
plans are very flexible," Elliott said. "We may enlarge them or make
significant changes in floor plans in terms of both the number, size and
arrangements of different rooms. We might, for example, expand the number of
bedrooms from 4 to 5 to 6, or add a den.
"The homes will be all brick on
the first floor with some brick on the upper level, and will have casement
windows," he said. "Our buyers will be offered an extensive list of
optional features not only in floor plans, but in such areas as interior and
exterior architectural features, colors, cabinetry and appliances."
